Wedding Menus

We are locavors who love to celebrate Michigan’s bounty & our menus reflect that philosophy. All of the menu items are house-made, locally sourced, & customizable to fit any dietary restrictions or allergies.

Appetizer Options

Appetizers can be added to either dinner package to provide a cocktail hour for your guests to enjoy. All appetizers are passed for 1 hour prior to dinner in the room you have rented, with the exception of our Harbor room or Ground Floor, they are served on the upper section Mission Table’s deck (weather permitting). Mission Table’s deck not only provides unparalleled views of West Grand Traverse Bay but also an opportunity to relax before dinner.

TIER ONE

Choose 3 selections for $20/guest:

  • Mini lump crab cakes with remoulade

  • Balsamic marinated hanger steak with caramelized onions, sriracha cream cheese on baguette

  • Poached shrimp & Anson Mill’s grits on spoons (GF)

  • Roasted wild mushrooms with thyme, fromage blanc on crostini (V)

  • Vegetable Frittata with scallion cream cheese (GF/V)

  • Marinated beef tenderloin skewers with chimichurri (GF)

  • Pea guacamole with smoked paprika on spoons (GF/Vegan)

TIER TWO

Choose 3 selections for $15/guest:

  • Crispy chicken with Thai chili sauce

  • Cheese croquettes (V)

  • Pastry wrapped sausage with stone ground mustard

  • Asparagus pesto crostini (V)

  • Cherry tomato brochettes with basil pesto (GF/V)

  • Potato curry on spoons (GF/Vegan)

  • Puff pastry pinwheels with ham & gruyere

  • Grilled Whole Filet Mignon with Red Wine Reduction OR Au Poivre (GF)

  • Pan-Roasted Slow Cooked Chicken Breast with Morel Chicken Jus

HARBOR SELECTION $49/GUEST

Entrées - Choose 3 Selections

  • Grilled Marinated Bistro Steak with Red Wine Reduction

  • Grilled Maple Brined Pork Tenderloin with Onion Ragout

  • Herb-Crusted Whitefish with Citrus Vinaigrette

  • Pan-Roasted Slow Cooked Chicken Breast with Capers, Tomatoes, & Lemon Beurre Blanc

Our kitchen is very respectful of all allergies & dietary restrictions. In addition to the three proteins you choose, you may also offer one of the following:

  • Stuffed Pepper with French Lentils, Chickpeas, Sweet Drop Peppers, Pickled Onions, and Roasted Tomato Vinaigrette (GF, Vegan)

  • Vegetarian Lasagna in a Cast Iron Skillet. Layered Roasted Vegetables, San Marzano Tomato Sauce and Asiago Cheese (V)

    Other special dietary restrictions are handled on an individual basis.

All entrées are served with the same starch (mashed Yukon gold potatoes or roasted redskins) & seasonal vegetable (local grilled asparagus, haricots or summer squashes).


Salad Add-on

Plated Salad Course:

  • Cherry Pecan Salad - Dried Local Cherries, Candied Pecans, Maytag Blue Cheese, Cherry Vinaigrette (GF, V) $7 per guest

  • Butter Lettuces, Shoestring Apples, Roasted Pepita Seeds, Goat Cheese, Champagne Vinaigrette (GF, V) $7 per guest

  • Mixed Greens, Cucumbers, Carrots, Tomatoes, Verjus Vinaigrette (GF, Vegan) $5 per guest


Dessert Add-on

We offer a seasonal selection of desserts available as a plated course for $10 per guest. You are also welcome to bring your own. Desserts requiring cutting and plating are handled by our staff for $3 per guest, while individually portioned desserts may be served at no additional charge.
