- Grilled filet mignon with red wine reduction

- Oven-roasted ruby trout with citrus vinaigrette 

- Herb-roasted chicken with morel chicken jus 

 

Harbor Selection  $45/guest

Salad: Mixed summer greens

- Marinated flat iron steak with red wine reduction 

- Herb-crusted whitefish with citrus vinaigrette 

- Roasted chicken with a lemon caper beurre blanc, tomatoes and chives 

 

Entrée sides are determined by our Chef and the season. Vegetarian and other dietary-restricted options available.
