Belonging to the same fungus family as the truffle - explains a lot!  Josh, one of our brewer's, found this year's first on the estate.  It was almost as big as his first. The chefs & brewer's continued to hunt for our morels for weeks. We averaged about a pound for a number of weeks but sadly our season is complete.
